MORE THAN A HEADSHOT
Make Your Booth a Destination
Trade show floors are crowded with companies competing for attention. A professional headshot gives attendees a reason to stop and gives your team a chance to start a conversation.
Instead of another giveaway they may forget, attendees leave with a professional image they can use for LinkedIn, company profiles, speaker bios, and other professional needs.

A professional headshot they can use, plus a positive reminder of their experience at your booth.
THE DIFFERENCE IS THE EXPERIENCE
Not a Photo Booth. A Professional Headshot Studio
Your attendees aren’t getting a novelty photo or stepping in front of an unattended camera. They’re working with an experienced portrait photographer who helps them look confident, approachable, and professional.

PROFESSIONAL PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY
Direction Makes the Difference
Most people aren’t completely comfortable in front of a camera. That’s why we don’t simply tell attendees where to stand and press the shutter.
We guide positioning, posture, and expression, helping each person look natural and confident while keeping the experience moving efficiently.
Professional studio lighting
Consistent, flattering light designed specifically for headshots.
Expression coaching
Real direction from an experienced portrait photographer—not an automated countdown.
Consistent results
A polished collection of professional headshots, even when photographing a large number of attendees.
REAL PEOPLE. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS
Dozens of Attendees. One Consistent Professional Look
A successful trade show headshot station has to balance efficiency with individuality. Each attendee receives personal direction while the lighting, background and workflow keep the overall collection polished and consistent.

FROM ATTENTION TO CONNECTION
More Than Traffic. Create Opportunities to Connect.
A professional headshot gives attendees a reason to visit your exhibit. The registration process can also help your organization learn more about participants and create opportunities for appropriate follow-up after the show.
Registration
Most attendees register by scanning a QR code with their phone while they wait. An iPad is also available as an alternative when needed.
You can customize the registration form to collect information that fits your event and marketing goals.
NAME | EMAIL | COMPANY | JOB TITLE | CUSTOM QUESTIONS
Your company logo can also be included on the registration form, helping the sign-in experience feel connected to your exhibit.
We’ll coordinate registration fields and any marketing opt-in language with your team before the event.
Turn a Stop Into an Opportunity
The time attendees spend registering, waiting for their headshot, and reviewing their images creates a natural opportunity for your team to introduce themselves and begin a conversation.
After the show, agreed-upon registration information can provide another opportunity to continue those conversations.

PLANNING YOUR HEADSHOT STATION
Designed to Fit Your Trade Show Booth
Every exhibit is different. We’ll coordinate with your team, event agency, or exhibit company before the show to plan a headshot station that works with your available space, expected attendance, and booth design.
What a Typical Headshot Station Needs

PLANNING FOR ATTENDANCE
One Station or Two for Higher Volume
A single headshot station can typically accommodate approximately 20 attendees per hour. For larger trade shows or higher expected participation, Dennis and Randy can operate two stations simultaneously while maintaining the personal direction and consistent results that define the experience.
Actual throughput varies based on attendee flow, registration requirements, and the headshot experience selected.
YOUR LOOK. YOUR EXPERIENCE
Professional Background Options
We offer a variety of professional background options to complement your event, audience, and desired look.
For trade show headshots, we generally recommend a clean, professional background that gives attendees an image they can use long after the event. We’ll coordinate the background choice with your team before the show.
Custom or branded background options may also be available when they’re appropriate for the event.

Trade Show Headshots: Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about adding professional headshots to your trade show booth? Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often from exhibitors and event planners.
What is a trade show headshot station?
A trade show headshot station is a professional portrait studio set up within or alongside an exhibitor’s booth. Attendees receive professional headshots while the exhibitor gains a valuable way to attract visitors, create conversations, and engage with people during the show.
Unlike a traditional photo booth, our stations are staffed by experienced portrait photographers who provide professional lighting, posing and expression direction.
How do attendees register and receive their headshots?
Attendees typically scan a QR code with their phone and complete a simple registration form while they wait. An iPad is also available as an alternative.
After their session, attendees receive an email with a link to their personalized gallery, where they can review and download their favorite image or images.
How many people can you photograph per hour?
A single headshot station can typically accommodate approximately 20 attendees per hour while still providing individual posing and expression direction.
For higher-volume events, Dennis and Randy can operate two stations simultaneously, providing a planning capacity of approximately 40 attendees per hour. Actual throughput varies depending on attendee flow, registration requirements and the experience planned for your event.
How much space does a trade show headshot station require?
We recommend approximately 8′ × 15′ of working space for one trade show headshot station. We’ll coordinate the exact layout with your team, event agency, or exhibit company based on your booth design and available space.
What does the exhibitor need to provide?
The exhibitor provides tables, standard electrical power, and reliable Wi-Fi or internet access.
We will provide the photographers, cameras, professional lighting, background options, a registration system, and an image selection and delivery workflow.
Do you need internet access?
Yes. Reliable Wi-Fi or internet access is important for our registration and immediate image-delivery workflow. We’ll coordinate connectivity requirements with your team before the event.
Can we collect attendee information through the headshot station?
Yes. The registration form can be customized to collect agreed-upon information such as name, email, company, job title and custom questions. Your company logo can also appear on the registration form.
Registration fields and any appropriate marketing opt-in language can be coordinated with your team before the event.
Can we choose the background for the headshots?
Yes. We offer several professional background options, and we’ll help you choose one that complements your event and the look you want to create.
For trade shows, we generally recommend a clean, professional background so attendees can use the headshot long after the event. Custom or branded background options may also be available when appropriate.
