Two-Photographer Coverage for Advancing Data Center Construction West in Salt Lake City
Hanson Wade Group brought Advancing Data Center Construction West to Salt Lake City, combining a trade show, keynote and panel sessions, and networking. We covered one day of the event as a two-photographer team.
What the client needed
Hanson Wade asked for coverage of the speakers, group photographs of the exhibitors, and a special focus on attendees and exhibitors networking and interacting.

The challenge
Sessions ran in two rooms at the same time, with roughly three panels in each room across the day, so one photographer couldn’t cover both. The exhibitor group photographs added a third job to the same schedule.
Our approach
We split coverage between the two session rooms. We made the exhibitor group photographs while the sessions were running. That kept exhibitors out of the attendee traffic and left the exhibit hall clear, so we could photograph each partner team without interruption while the speakers stayed covered.
Delivery
We delivered about 600 images within the 48-hour deadline. The online gallery was organized into folders for networking, Track A speakers, Track B speakers, luncheons, signage, partners and exhibitors, and candids of the Hanson Wade team.

Results
Hanson Wade used the images to market future events and to share the event on social media. In the words of Brontë Millard, Marketing Manager:
